This article is here to illustrate the importance of small business in Uzbekistan’s economy. With checking and analyzing how small business sectors’ role in the national economy, we can say that there are still myriads of actions should be taken really. Among such actions, sustainable development goals (SDGs ) should be a real trend and we already can see its seeds in each part of the economic activities of SBE (small business entities).

The world is witnessing today a new reality characterized by dynamism and speed of change because of the revolutions that the economy has undergone, especially the information and communication technology revolution, which led to an increase in interest in producing information and delivering it to decision makers in a timely manner to make rational decisions, contributing to advancing the wheel of economic development forward. The research aims to clarify the role of information and communication technology in improving the quality of information and the implications of this information on investment decisions that achieve economic development.

The shift towards a more sustainable economy has led consumer-facing companies to set ambitious Spherical economy objectives. However, there is a lack of understanding of the innovation activities taking place within these organizations to achieve these goals, specifically in the context of waste management strategies. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the crucial tasks performed by Spherical Business Model Innovation (SBMI) innovators in companies with a consumer focus. Using a dynamic capabilities perspective, we examine the innovative actions in line with the SBMI phases of visioning, perception, seizing, and transforming. The research inquiry is focused on identifying the procedures and resources that aid businesses in developing flexible skills throughout the SBMI process. We conduct in-depth interviews with target respondents in three businesses and use thematic analysis to map the data to the four SBMI phases. Our findings supplement the existing literature on SBMI innovation efforts and provide additional guidance for corporate operators seeking to transform their businesses sustainably through the adoption of SBMI practices.

The village is the smallest area of ​​the State of Indonesia that is closest to the community and has territorial boundaries so that it can be prospered and empowered. Villages have a lot of potential not only in terms of population, but also the availability of abundant natural resources. If these two potentials can be managed optimally, it will provide welfare for the villagers. However, it is realized that so far development at the village level is caused, among others, not only because of the problem of poor-quality human resources but also due to financial problems. One of the efforts that can be done is to encourage the movement of the village economy through village entrepreneurship, where village entrepreneurship is a strategy in developing and empowering villages. This village income source is a source of village income received from efforts carried out by the village government together with the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and the existing village community cannot be maximized to increase village income, especially because the village government controls village assistance from the government.
