Topsis by Using Plithogenic Set in Covid-19 Decision Making

COVID-19 is pandemic affecting most of the country globally. It is an infectious disease that is affecting most of the people and it is very difficult to diagnose and treat the diseased patient.  Generally asymptotic patients recover without any treatment. Patients with other illness such as Hypertension, Heart and Lung problems, Diabetic patients require intense care and treatment. In such cases, a team of doctors work together.  The combination of all the experts’ opinions is needed for efficient treatment.  Often, the opinion of doctors depends on their experience and involves some differences.  Further, the expert’s opinion is in linguistic terms.  Plithogenic sets provide a mathematical tool for aggregation of the experts’ opinion expressed in linguistic terms.  Thus, this work aims to employ plithogenic neutrosophic number to rank the diseased patients affected with COVID-19. Hence, we propose an Order Preference Technique by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS) using Plithogenic sets.

A review into the evolution of HIPAA in response to evolving technological environments

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 was brought in to serve as a legislation that could essentially assist in reorganizing the flow of healthcare information, prescribing how sensitive medical data stored with healthcare/insurance firms should be protected from stealing and tampering. It has served as a pioneer in the world of privacy in healthcare and set one of the earliest benchmarks for any legal instruments regarding the storing and dissemination of medical information in the form of electronic health records. The HITECH act of 2009 and the HIPAA omnibus rule of 2013 further cemented the use of standardized frameworks which can help control, reduce and track any possible breaches of confidentiality and integrity of such personal information. This paper explores the content, reasoning, and timeline of the HIPAA act and the impact it creates on the health information technology sector. It also explains the challenges that are faced in the implementation of the policy and gives a holistic perspective of the rights and responsibilities of each stakeholder involved.

A review on Privacy-Preserving Data Preprocessing

Health care information has great potential for improving the health care system and also providing fast and accurate outcomes for patients, predicting disease outbreaks, gaining valuable information for prediction in future, preventing such diseases, reducing healthcare costs, and improving overall health. In any case, deciding the genuine utilization of information while saving the patient's identity protection is an overwhelming task. Regardless of the amount of medical data it can help advance clinical science and it is essential to the accomplishment of all medicinal services associations, at the end information security is vital. To guarantee safe and solid information security and cloud-based conditions, It is critical to consider the constraints of existing arrangements and systems for the social insurance of information security and assurance. Here we talk about the security and privacy challenges of high-quality important data as it is used mainly by the healthcare structure and similar industry to examine how privacy and security issues occur when there is a large amount of healthcare information to protect from all possible threats. We will discuss ways that these can be addressed. The main focus will be on recently analyzed and optimized methods based on anonymity and encryption, and we will compare their strengths and limitations, and this chapter closes at last the privacy and security recommendations for best practices for privacy of preprocessing healthcare data.

An Energy Efficient Clustering Protocol using Enhanced Rain Optimization Algorithm in Mobile Adhoc Networks

Energy efficiency is a significant challenge in mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) design where the nodes move randomly with limited energy, leading to acceptable topology modifications. Clustering is a widely applied technique to accomplish energy efficiency in MANET. Therefore, this paper designs a new energy-efficient clustering protocol using an enhanced rain optimization algorithm (EECP-EROA) for MANET. The EROA technique is derived by integrating the Levy flight concept to the ROA to enhance global exploration abilities. In addition, the EECP-EROA technique intends to proficiently select CHs and the nearby nodes linked to the CH to generate clusters. Moreover, the EECP-EROA technique has derived an objective function with different input parameters. To showcase the superior performance of the EECP-EROA technique, a brief set of simulations takes place, and the results are inspected under varying aspects. The experimental values pointed out the betterment of the EECP-EROA technique over the other methods.

Computer Network Design of the office area of the telecommunications company SERTOD

At present, every industry or company that wishes to improve efficiency in carrying out its social role needs to use the technological tools at its disposal, an example of this is computer networks, which is the set of computers interconnected with each other and that have resources shared. This document describes the implementation of a wired network in the telecommunications company SERTOD. This company had a network with obsolete equipment, it also had areas where the product network did not reach the remodeling and expansion of the company. A new network was designed following a series of steps well defined by the bibliographies for the implementation of wired networks, A market study was carried out to analyze the costs of the equipment to be used and to choose carefully in terms of cost and quality. A proposal was obtained for the new network to be implemented in the SETOD company.

Computer Network Design for the teaching area of the Elvira Cape library

Interconnected devices have provided companies and individuals with the advantage that information travels from one place to another, making information processes more viable. The interconnection networks are responsible for providing everything necessary for the machine to have an adequate passage of messages and use of commutations. In this document a design of a LAN network is developed for the area of a library which needs to expand its communication network, thus forming a computer network to connect different types of computers sharing information links. These data links are established through means such as cable, optical cables, or wireless means such as WIFI.

A New Method for Web Service Recommendation Based on QoS Prediction

As service-oriented architecture gains in popularity and grows in popularity, Web service recommendation and composition have become more important topics for research. Accurately predicting individualized QoS recommendations for recommending web services is a difficult task because of the inconsistency of the Internet and the scarcity of information regarding QoS history. Our team suggests a new framework for QoS values’ prediction and also presents two methods for clustering, User_BC and Service_BC, to support QoS prediction accuracy. Hierarchical clustering is used, based on the QoS dataset of PlanetLab1  (that) contains 200 service-user response time values, with 1,597 service values overall. In our research, we've found that our clustering-based methods beat other popular algorithms in detailed experimental comparisons and analyses.

Ethics in the Financial Industry

The word ‘Ethics’ carries a very sensitive structure which affects even the smallest factor in a situation and also it carries a huge sum of responsibility. It is an entity which could stir a situation in a person’s or company’s favour or not and it also holds an adverse effect in general. Ethical conduct is absolutely vital. Regular reforms to the code of ethics may combat the unethical behaviour in the industry but that alone is not sufficient. Individuals and firms must develop a particular code of conduct and abide by them and it should be applicable to all levels of their operations. This will help individuals and firms to promote the principles of stewardship of investor assets and work towards the betterment of clients. For the Financial Industry, Ethics is not only the pillar of trust but also it is the ladder to success. Through the careful literature survey, it lists some of the discussions of important ethics in the Financial and Business sector.

A Survey on Flower pollination algorithm

Flower pollination algorithm (FPA) is a metaheuristic algorithm that proceeds its representation from flowers' proliferation role in plants. The optimal plant reproduction strategy involves the survival of the fittest as well as the optimal reproduction of plants in terms of numbers. These factors represent the fundamentals of the FPA and are optimization-oriented. Yang developed the FPA in 2012, which has since shown superiority to other metaheuristic algorithms in solving various real-world problems, such as power and energy, signal and image processing, communications, structural design, clustering and feature selection, global function optimization, computer gaming, and wireless sensor networking. Recently, many variants of FPA have been developed by modification, hybridization, and parameter-tuning to cope with the complex nature of optimization problems this paper provides a survey of FPA and its applications.
