An Optimization Model for Assessment Resilience Engineering in Social Technical Organizations as a safety Management Paradigm

An innovative safety administration paradigm, resilience engineering (RSE), is becoming more popular in today's sociotechnical organizations. It is thought that the properties of complicated social and technical structures better align with RSE. Especially when it comes to measuring and modeling, RSE is much more difficult due to its various criteria character and the inclusion of both qualitative and quantitative latent components. Using the extant neutrosophic TODIM (Portuguese of interactive and multi-criteria decision-making) approach, this study seeks to create a neutrosophic mixed multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework for assessing and evaluating resilience. Several indicators of resilience were defined as part of the first assessment methodology. After that, the neutrosophic TODIM technique was used to assign relative importance to the various resilience indicators and to rate the effectiveness of the various operational units. As an illustration of the model's efficacy, we conducted a risk assessment of a gas refinery, a prototypical sociotechnical structure.

Evaluation the Key Success Factors in Emergency Management using Neutrosophic DEMATEL Method

Critical to protecting people, property, and communities from the devastating effects of catastrophes and other crises is the field of emergency management. Effective emergency management relies on several aspects that must be identified and prioritized if positive results are to be achieved. Preparedness, planning, leadership, governance, information management, resource management, community participation, resilience, and a culture of continuous improvement are all discussed in this article as crucial elements of emergency management. Professionals in emergency management may strengthen their talents, boost response coordination, and instill resilience by learning about and using these elements. This paper used multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) to deal with the various factors of emergency management. The decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to compute the weights of criteria and relationships between factors in emergency management. The DEMATEL method is integrated with the neutrosophic set to deal with uncertain data. There are six main factors and nineteen sub-factors are used in this paper. We obtained the Preparedness and Planning is the best factor.

Foreign Economic Strategy and Innovative Economic Development of Uzbekistan

In the concept of socio-economic development of Uzbekistan until 2030, a macroeconomic policy aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth and fighting against poverty, as well as increasing the competitiveness of national exports is recognized as an important economic basis. Successful implementation of the Concept of integrated socio-economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, as well as  Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 undoubtedly, require significant attention to external factors of economic development, including  promotion of competitive exports. Today the issue of regulation of global socio-economic processes is one of the most important issues at the international level. The World Trade Organization (WTO), as a legal and institutional body of the multilateral trading system, is an international organization that enjoys differen advantages in the process of free goods exchange. At present, 164 countries are members of this organization, and the accession of Uzbekistan to the World Trade Organization (WTO) has caused a variety of observations among experts and scientists.

Interactive Design of a Virtual Classroom Simulation Model Based on Multimedia Applications to Improve the Teaching and Learning Process in the Tikrit University Environment

Iraqi higher education institutions use the virtual classroom platform to replace face-to-face teaching and online learning, and to overcome the challenges of traditional teaching. Therefore, this research aim was to use multimedia applications by using JavaScript programming to design a virtual classroom simulation model to improve the teaching and learning process in higher education. In same the context, virtual classrooms have emerged as an immersive alternative to face-to-face, hands-on classrooms. In addition, the possibility of using virtual classrooms opens new perspectives for Iraqi universities.  The method of this work was based on the interaction design (Design, Development, Testing, Analysis, and Evaluation). Thus, was selected Tikrit university as a case study for different levels of students at university colleges, to conduct a thorough evaluation of the virtual classroom platform based on the Multimedia Criteria in Conole’s Dimensions (12 criteria), which is considered as a general criteria evaluation for the proposed virtual classroom platform by experts’ review from different Iraqi universities. In addition to the students’ experience (first to the fourth year of the bachelor's degree) with the proposed virtual classroom platform from different colleges at Tikrit University.  It can be a virtual platform for all Iraqi universities in the future. Finally, the results show that many students (200) are satisfied with the features of learning in the proposed model, with high performance and effectiveness in the learning process. Moreover, the results showed also that there is a strong need for the virtual classroom to process the difficult practical aspects of the learning process.

Leveraging Digital Twins with Hybrid Deep Learning Model for Robust Intrusion Detection System in Smart City Environment

Cyber-physical systems (CPSs) unite the computation with physical methods. Embedded networks and computers observe and handle the physical procedures, generally with feedback encircles whereas physical procedures affect computation and conversely. In the last decade, the prompt growth of network-associated services has formed confidential information on the Internet. However, networks are much inclined to intrusions wherever unapproved consumers try to retrieve confidential data and even disturb the systems. Constructing a proficient network intrusion detection system (IDS) can be essential to avert these attacks. Utilizing digital twin technology enhances the IDS of physical devices in CPSs. IDSs normally utilize machine learning (ML) techniques for categorizing the attacks. However, the features employed for classifications are not appropriate or adequate all the time. Moreover, the amount of intrusions can be significantly lower than the amount of non-intrusions. Therefore, simple techniques may fail to deliver satisfactory performances owing to this class imbalance. In this study, we offer a Metaheuristic-Driven Hybrid Deep Learning Model for Robust Intrusion Detection in Secure Cyber-Physical Systems (MHDLM-RIDCPS) model in Smart City Environment. The proposed MHDLM-RIDCPS technique primarily targets the classification and recognition of intrusions using digital twin technology to enhance security within the CPS. Primarily, the proposed MHDLM-RIDCPS approach utilizes min-max normalization for transforming an input data into a standardized format. To alleviate dimensionality issues, the coyote optimization algorithm (COA) can be executed to select a subset of features. In addition, the modified prairie dog optimizer (mPDO) combined with a convolutional neural network and bi-directional long short-term memory with attention mechanism (AM-CNN+BiLSTM) classifier is exploited for the identification of intrusions. The design of the mPDO system primarily concentrates on the parameter optimizer of the AM-CNN+BiLSTM algorithm and so improves the classifier performances. To determine the greater efficiency of the MHDLM-RIDCPS system, a comprehensive set of simulations can be applied and the performances are tested over distinct aspects. The experimental analysis guaranteed the superior results of the MHDLM-RIDCPS methodology with existing methods

On The Fusion of Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic, Membership Functions and Weights

Fuzzy logic plays a huge role in the symbolic inference and causality associated with modern cognitive human systems. In this paper, we present a mathematical method that defines the mechanism of forming a hybrid structure in which neural networks and expert systems are connected so that one forms a primary processing stage for the other, where the neural network can act as a primary processor that processes low-level information, or as an internal Subsystem for learning tasks or generalization and classification. Where neural networks can be used to generate rules using training data and then submit these rules to be used by a fuzzy system to give the final results.

On The Improving Of Routing Protocols In Ad-Hoc Network By Using Optimization Algorithms

In this paper, a novel improved method is presented to perform the local repair process of AntHocNet protocol. In the novel proposed method, in the case of failed connection, the node that checks the connection looks for the link that leads to node which follows the out-of-service node instead of the destination node. If it is existed, then the path will be repaired and completed quickly.
