Assessment of the preventive management of peripheral diabetic neuropathy by using neutrosophic AHP and neutrosophic uninorm operator

Diabetes mellitus is a disease that plagues all countries in the world. One of the affectations caused by this chronic disease is damage to peripheral nervous tissues. This is the cause of ulcers and amputations in parts of the foot of the diabetic patient. In this paper, we propose a method to evaluate the patient’s degree of preventive management of peripheral diabetic neuropathy. For this purpose, the Neutrosophic Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to assess the importance of factors influencing the prevention of peripheral neuropathic complications associated with diabetes mellitus in some patients. For the final evaluation, the aggregator called neutrosophic uninorm is used; especially, the operator based on the combining function utilized in the Prospector expert system.

An Extended Neutrosophic Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis Technique Based on GIS for Analysing Flash Floods

Flash floods are a sudden natural hazard caused by successive heavy rains in a short period of time. The world suffers from heavy and frequent rains due to climate change. So, the risk assessment of flash floods is considered increasingly important and urgent. Egypt is considered one of the countries exposed to sudden floods resulting from heavy rains, especially in Upper Egypt. Multi-criteria techniques are widely used to study and analyze the causes and effects of natural hazards. In contrast to the traditional multi-criteria techniques used in the process of estimating flood problems, we applied neutrosophic logic in this study that has a great ability for simulating and reflecting uncertain human’s thoughts in real world problems. Our study area sits in Southeast Sohag, and it is one of the most flash floods prone regions of Egypt's Eastern Desert. This area of Sohag has suffered from frequent flash floods, with some flood events resulting in human casualties in the last decades. This study focuses on using a neutrosophic stepwise weight assessment ration analysis (N-SWARA) technique with remotely sensed data and geographical information system (GIS) for producing a flash floods hazard map. The N-SWARA technique is applied to determine the weights of various factors that related to flash flooding, including elevation, slope, topographic wetness index, distance from the stream, flow accumulation, aspect, and flow direction. The obtained weight of selected criteria used then to produce the flood hazard map (FHM) using a raster calculator tool in geographic information system. The weight of each factor calculated by using the N-SWARA multi criteria analysis method and obtained the following results: 0.39 for slope, 0.21 for elevation, 0.12 for distance, 0.08 for flow direction, 0.05 for flow accumulation, 0.09 for TWI and 0.03 for aspect.

Neutrosophic Multinominal Logistic Regression Technique for Optimizing Adaptive Reuse of Historical Castles

Defining and utilizing Neutrosophic Multinomial Logistic Regression (NMLR) is significant in architecture because it introduces a novel approach to prioritizing the optimal alternative for adaptively reusing a historic building. This is particularly crucial in post-conflict recovery. NMLR presents an intelligent classification system and decision-making tool that optimizes the evaluation process for adaptive reuse projects, even under conditions of uncertainty. The integration of Neutrosophic sets and digital technologies provides decision-makers with a more accurate and reliable tool to make rational decisions regarding functional spaces reuse. The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated through a case study of the Castle of Aleppo. The study determined that the most suitable alternative for the castle is a multi-purpose facility that caters to tourism. This approach can be adapted to various restoration projects, and the assessment of proposed alternatives can be customized according to the weight of the criteria by creating desktop application which contributes to the sustainability and improvement of post-disaster reconstruction efforts.

Multimedia Imaging System of Data Collection and Antenna Alignment for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Based Internet of Things

Because network of sensors gives a more accurate representation of remotely sensed environments, a network of wirelessly connected sensors is essential. Data packets must be routed to the base station hop by hop, which causes conventional network data collecting to use a lot of power. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) were employed for hovering over the detected environment and gather data to solve this issue. The paper also aims to provide an automatic alignment for UAV antennas for tracking by utilising computer vision technologies. A directional antenna with high gain is used by a ground station that can operate by a pan-tilt to point towards the low-gain omnidirectional antenna carried by the UAV. To center the UAV's antenna's image in the frame, the antenna is equipped with a camera, and a computer detects the video and controls the pan-tilt. The antennas are aligned if there are no more than a few pixels between the UAV image center and the image center. The proposed imaging system exhibits fast data collection, thus attaining a high packet delivery rate and the minimum use of energy. With the suggested antenna auto-alignment approach, the antennas can be accurately aligned with an angle error of under one. UAVs must take the smoothest and shortest pathways possible to accommodate their motion and time constraints. As a result, the Traveling Sales Problem (TSP) is utilized to determine the shortest route, and Bezier curves are then employed to turn paths into a flyable path.

Blockchain and 1D-CNN based IoTs for securing and classifying of PCG sound signal data

The Internet of Things (IoTs) has accelerated with the introduction of powerful biomedical sensors, telemedicine services and population ageing are concerns that can be solved by smart healthcare systems. However, the security of medical signal data that collected from sensors of IoTs technology, while it is being transmitted over public channels has grown to be a serious problem that has limited the adoption of intelligent healthcare systems. This suggests using the technology of blockchain to create a safe and reliable heart sound signal (PCG) that can communicate with wireless body area networks. The security plan offers a totally dependable and safe environment for every data flowing from the back end to front-end. Also in this paper, to classify heart sound signals, we suggested a one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) model. The denoising autoencoder extracted the heart sounds' deep features as an input feature of 1D-CNN. To extract the detailed characteristics from the PCG signals, a Data Denoising Auto Encoder (DDAE) was used instead of the standard MFCC, the suggested model shows significant improvement. The system's benefits include a less difficult encryption algorithm and a more capable and effective blockchain-based data transfer and storage system.

Single Valued Neutrosophic Sets MCDM Method for Ranking Technologies of Cloud Computing

By automating several formerly labor-intensive processes, like setting up a company's communications network, cloud computing technology (CCT) offers significant benefits to organizations and individuals. CCT is a game-changer for every sector since it enables businesses of all stripes to forego asset ownership in favor of paying variable subscription fees. The assessment of the CCT provider selection (PS) issue necessitates the identification of a set of appropriate selection requirements and their sub-criteria. Another goal is to utilize this suggested method in a real-world case study after presenting a robust integrated system for assessing and choosing the best CCT supplier. There are a variety of qualitative and quantitative characteristics that might be at odds with one another or even unclear in CCT PS, making it a challenging multi-criteria selection issue. The single valued neutrosophic set is used to overcome the vague data. The neutrosophic TOPSIS method is used to give weights of criteria and rank the alternatives. The application is introduced by the results of the neutrosophic TOPSIS method.
