Neutrosophic Soft Bitopological Spaces

In this paper, we built bitopological space on the concept of neutrosophic soft set, we defined the basic topological concepts of this spaces which are N3-(bi)*-open set, N3-(bi)*-closed set, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft interior, (bi)* neutrosophic soft closure, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft boundary, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft exterior and we introduced their properties. In addition, we investigated the relations of these basic topological concepts with their counterparts in neutrosophic soft topological spaces and we introduced many examples.

A Review On Some Concepts and Open Questions In Neutrosophic Algebraic Structures

The aim of this paper is to present a study about recent progressions in the study of neutrosophic algebraic structures. Also, it lists the most interesting open questions about neutrosophic algebraic structures such as neutrosophic rings, refined neutrosophic rings and n-refined neutrosophic rings.   On the other hand, a study on neutrosophic ring of complex numbers has been presented, with many Smarandache-Kandasamy open problems about the properties of these numbers, especially algebraic ones.

Introduction to Neutrosophic Soft Bitopological Spaces

In this study, the concept of neutrosophic soft bitopological space is defined and it is one of the few studies that have dealt with this concept. In addition, pairwise neutrosophic soft open (closed) set on neutrosophic soft bitopological spaces are studied. Supra neutrosophic soft topology is defined by pairwise neutrosophic soft open sets. Important theorems related to the subject supported with many examples for better understanding of the subject are given.

Neutrosophic Bi-topological Group

Neutrosophic topological groups are neutrosophic groups in algebraic sense together with neutrosophic continuous group operations. In this article, we presented neutrosophic bi-topological groups with illustrative examples. Also, We defined eight new patterns of neutrosophic bi-topological groups. Neutrosophic bi-topological group which depends on two neutrosophic topology is a more general than neutrosophic topological groups. Finally, Some basic properties of neutrosophic bi-topological groups are investigated.

Application of Intuitionistic Neutrosophic Soft Sets in Decision Making Based on Game Theory

The main objective of the paper is to introduce intuitionistic neutrosophic soft sets(INSSs) and their properties in the study of game theory. Earlier, in 2018, Anjan et al. introduced the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy soft game theory. So, here an attempt has been made to extend the earlier concept by introducing intuitionistic neutrosophic soft game theory. We also define two-person intuitionistic neutrosophic soft games (TP-INS-games) and extend them to N-person-INS-games. Finally, with the help of the intuitionistic neutrosophic soft saddle point method, we give an application in a real decision-making problem.

TOPSIS METHOD IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF NEUTROSOPHIC SOFT SETS; APPLICATIONS\ IN THE S-BOXES IMAGE ENCRYPTION ANALYSIS

Decision making implies variety of the most excellent decision from a collection of given options. In various cases, this choice is dependent on past knowledge. To study the past data we analyse the situations and we get a result in these situations. Main objective of the paper is to summarize the strength of S-box of block cipher in image encryption applications with respect to neutrosophic soft set. In this paper we compare two type of topsis methods on the base of neutrosophic set. First method is neutrosophic topsis method and second one is neutrosophic simplified topsis method. By Applying both the methods on the same data we get same result. Similarly we prosposed a new topsis method using neutrosophic soft set which also gives same result like the above mentioned method. In this paper numerical example is presented and then at the end also used this method in s-boxes image encryption analysis.
