Survey on Crop Recommendation System

The main purpose of the planned system is to develop a system which can intelligently recommend crop and suggest required measures to farmers for their profitable income. For this purpose, machine learning algorithms are used. The main goal of these systems is to achieve maximum yield rate of crop using land resource. In this system, the farmer / beginner will classify and predict the crop cultivation based on their weather, monsoon and soil type along with their pH level. Forclassification we have used the K-Means algorithm for the choosing crop, the cultivation process is recommended in the form of text. During the cultivation of crops, the fertilizers, insecticides and fungicides are recommended using Machine Learning Technique. The system also predicts the name of disease and its remedies if leaf of crop is diseased .Finally, using this system the farmers will have a well guided approach to begin with farming. The pandemic has affected a lot of fields around the world. One of them is the agricultural sector. Many farmers in the urban as well as the rural parts of India were not able to earn their profile in spite of having good production. This system would eliminate these worries. All the information needed can be accessed online.

Power Backup for Failsafe Power System

When the primary power source fails, a backup power system is employed to provide electricity. This system is critical since any operation requires an uninterruptible power source. Batteries and generators that run on diesel, propane, or gasoline are currently used as backup systems. Power system blackouts occur on a frequent basis all around the world, indicating that the structure of power system protection needs to be enhanced. The existing precautions in the event of a disruption may not always allow for the localization of an emergency and subsequent self-restoration of normal operation conditions without personal input. The research direction was chosen based on the foregoing issues, presenting novel concepts and methods for preventing system blackouts and restoring normal operating conditions without the involvement of staff. Taking into account the above considerations the research direction was chosen, proposing new concept and solutions for prevention of the system blackouts and the resumption of normal operating conditions without staff participation. The inclusion of a centralized component in this structure ensures that hierarchical operating rules are followed at a higher level.

Graph Algo Visualizer

Visual aids can be used to visualize different concepts in computer science. Algorithm recognition has been a major theme for Computer Science education for years, but it has not reached schools / teaching halls as a major educational tool. The Graph Algo Visualizer is based on the Design & Analysis of Graph Algorithms. It is a Visualizer that helps to understand and evaluate the working & efficiency of Graph Algorithms easily as compared to the naïve approach of understanding algorithms through code.

Secure Edge Domination in Neutrosophic Graphs

The concepts of Neutrosophic secure edge domination number and neutrosophic total secure edge domination number in single valued neutrosophic graphs (SVNG) with strong arcs are introduced and analysed in this paper, and some of their properties are studied. The relationship between the neutrosophic secure edge dominance number  and its inverse  is presented. The concepts inverse neutrosophic total edge domination set and inverse neutrosophic total edge domination number are also defined. Some of these concepts' properties are investigated.

Site Selection for an Offshore Wind Power Station Under a Fuzzy Environment

The Malaysian government’s support for offshore wind power production has led to an increase in a few proposals. An important factor in the overall efficiency of any offshore wind farm is the site selection process, which is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) task. However, classical MCDM techniques often fail to choose a suitable site because of three main challenges. First, compensation is regarded as a problem in the processing of information. Second, data usage and data leakage are often ignored in the decision-making process. Third, interaction difficulty in fuzzy environments is easily ignored. This study provides a framework for making site selection decisions for offshore wind farms while addressing the constraints. Fuzzy VIKOR is used in the second stage of the AHP process to analyze the site’s results with respect to evaluation criteria for offshore wind farms. A comprehensive index system, which incorporates the veto criteria and evaluation criteria for selecting offshore wind power station sites, is devised. Then, the system is used to transmit imprecise information to decision makers by using a triangular fuzzy set. Likelihood-based valued comparisons indicate that imprecise choice information can be correctly used, and issues of information loss can be logically avoided. A case study of Malaysia is used to demonstrate the validity and practicality of the site selection technique. This research offers a theoretical basis for accurate offshore wind power evaluation in Malaysia.

Determination of the Association of Qualitative Variables Related to Juvenile Delinquency Factors

The present study describes the main associations between the occurrence of crimes of robbery, homicide, assault, and vandalism in the face of exposure to risk factors for juvenile delinquency, according to the literature consulted. For this, expert knowledge is processed through the AHP multi-criteria decision method and statistical analysis for data validation. A random selection of 350 files of minors under 21 years of age processed during the year 2021 for causes attributable to homicide, robbery, property damage, and assault was carried out, as well as a bibliographic review to determine the study variables to be analyzed. It was observed that drug consumption is associated with the occurrence of vandalism, homicides, and robberies. Likewise, a statistically significant association was observed between belonging to criminal gangs and the occurrence of vandalism and robbery. The analysis carried out revealed the existence of significant relationships in terms of exposure to violent housing environments and the performance of robbery, vandalism, and assault in the young defendants. It was possible to observe the existence of a certain degree of association between child abuse and the occurrence of robbery and assault.

Procedure for the Selection of a Smart Contracting System in the Legal Field

Blockchain technology has put in the hands of humanity the solution to many practical problems that are present today in various organizations. Smart contracts are part of the improvements that were introduced from the use of this technology and were widely accepted by users in general. Various applications are included in the development of this type of platform, which has reached the legal field as a solution to the current problems of Contract Law. The selection of the best alternative, when hiring its implementation, leads to not making optimal use of resources during the process. That is why the main objective of the research was focused on designing and implementing a procedure, in the form of an exercise, for the selection of a smart contracting system in the legal field. In its fulfillment, the authors had the support of a heterogeneous group of experts in the field who determined the factors for their selection and their respective weight through the Kendall concordance method. Subsequently, the use of these factors in the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromiso Resenje) method made it possible to determine the best alternative to hire.

Ecuadorian Migration Policy Analyzed from International Causality

The migration issue has been an inseparable part of the international scene since the beginning of the Third Millennium, together with its possibilities for transformation and development. If the regional, national, governmental, and civil society agendas are observed, they all have approaches to the issue of international migration. States have the right to regulate movements across their borders; international cooperation aimed at reducing irregular migration contemplates both a punitive aspect related to law enforcement and a protection and human rights approach. Ecuador is one of the few countries that has the dual quality of sending and receiving migrants. Added to this situation is the reception of displaced persons from other nations, a different but complementary phenomenon to migration, which has made it the first country of refuge in Latin America and lately the country of transit. Based on the analysis through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) multicriteria decision method, it is intended to evaluate the causes of international migration, and focus them on the current context of Ecuador, in the study of an adequate migration policy.

Main types of computer crimes existing in Ecuador

The introduction and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have meant a vertiginous leap in scientific-technical development on a global scale, they have become an indispensable element in all facets of society. Without a doubt, the use of the Internet makes life easier for users, but those benefits become dangerous when unscrupulous people silently infiltrate to damage not only technical equipment but also the finances of individuals, companies, and governments. The objective of the investigation is to determine the main types of computer crimes existing in Ecuador, as well as the possible solutions to avoid them. Different research techniques and methods were studied, such as synthetic analytical, inductive deductive, logical historical, as well as the descriptive method, interviews, and surveys in the same way that tools such as descriptive surveys and referential research were used. To fulfill the proposed objective, the AHP Saaty and Vikor multicriteria methods were used, where the crimes with the highest probability of occurring in the country and the best techniques to combat them were obtained as conclusions.
