Toward sustainable development: Construction and appraising enhanced amalgamation framework of Business Intelligence based sustainability report

The purpose of this study is to strength information of sustainability Reports (SusRs) toward achieving sustainable development (SusD) according to SustainableDevelopment Goals (UN_SDGs). So, we proposed a robust framework for enhancing and appraising corporate sustainability performance by integrating BI in SusRs to provides a structured approach for nterprises.Due to ability of BI to facilitate  collect, analyze, and report processes on sustainability data. Additionality it leads to informed decision-making and improved sustainability outcomes. Our framework highlights the importance of SusR and its impact on stakeholder engagement and transparency. Moreover, it emphasized the potential of BI in enhancing the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of sustainability reporting. The framework's practical application is demonstrated through a case study, which showcases how it can be used to identify sustainability risks and opportunities and develop effective sustainability strategies. Generally, our work contributes to the growing body of research on corporate sustainability by providing a comprehensive framework that can help companies to achieve their sustainability goals while driving business performance.

The CoP’s Role in Introducing New Technology in Cultural Organizations

This study assessed the problem of the development of new technology and knowledge management in cultural organizations. The specific role of the community of practice (CoP) as an instrument of change management and knowledge generation in cultural organizations was considered. In terms of the study problem, qualitative research methods were used for the analysis of the academic literature and practical cases of libraries in Florida. The outcomes of the study demonstrated that the CoP did not play a negative role in the process of new technology integration in cultural organizations. In contrast, CoPs played a serious positive role thus generating ideas for innovations and supporting the personnel of libraries in their development. Concerning sources of barriers, the lack of resources, limited capabilities of librarians, and low support of management were considered the main issues. Further research should identify specific recommendations applicable for the improvement of the situation and sharing of the best experience in the sphere of digital transformation of cultural organizations.

Analysis of Coronavirus Pandemic Spread in India Using Epidemiological Model

In this paper, a methodology for dissecting information of the coronavirus has been introduced and the conduct of the coronavirus in India has been concentrated with the assistance of the epidemiological SIR model. Effects of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance

The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impact of knowledge management (KM) on organizational performance of Microsoft Corporation. The study will also inform global entrepreneurs regarding the importance and application of KM in workplaces. The study will discuss the modification and technological integration that are required to derive desired outcomes from KM. The research will also evaluate the contribution of KM to career development and opportunities for the employees. Modern organizations need to enhance their products and services continue to be the first choice of customers. The KM has enabled organizations to determine the changing demands and requirements of customers. Therefore, it can be opined that the research aims to analyse the significance of KM in modern organizations, employees, and competitiveness.
